METHOD:  FileSystemObject.GetFileVersion

object.GetFileVersion(path)

This method is used to return the version of the file in the specified path. If the supplied path string doesn't end with a file, the GetFileVersion method will return an empty string. Not all files have a version attribute and these files will also return an empty string.

Note that this method doesn't check the existance or the validity of the supplied path.
